This recently renovated apartment has views of the Cathedral of Seville, only a minute away. Less than 7 minutes away, are all of Seville’s must-see attractions: Royal Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Giralda, Torre del Oro, Plaza de España, the Real Maestranza bullring, etc.
Several means of transport are easily accessible: taxi stop on calle Alemanes, metro stop at Puerta Jerez, and tram stop on Avda. de la Constitución (across from the apartment). The apartment is 600 metres away from the Triana-Isabel II bridge and 1.1 km from the Plaza de Armas bus station.
This apartment is modern, quiet, bright, functional and technologically automated. It is full of light from sunrise to sunset, thanks to its large windows.
There is a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Flat-screen TV.
There is a terrace for sun lounging. There is a bike rental shop on the property.
